With regard to the question of inner rings,
we have received 67 of these from yourselves on which
certain modifying operations, as covered by our additional
quotation, will be required, and as two of these are
required per roller, you will see that we are still awaiting
a further quantity in order to make up the necessary 200
which we shall require for the immediate quantity in question,
while with respect to distance pieces, we have only received
34 of these, and here again more will be required, and we
shall be glad if you will take the necessary steps to have
the balance delivered.

With regard to the question of delivery, we are
afraid that in view of the fact that this is a new job
we cannot give a promise of earlier than 3 weeks, but every
effort will be made to anticipate this as we realize the
importance of the position.

We trust this clears up the matter, and would
assure you of our best attention at all times.

Yours faithfully,
RANSOME & MARLES BEARING CO, LTD.

(Signed) C.G.H. Richardson.

GENERAL MANAGER.
