X8710 5.7.28. X.8710. IGNITION COIL. Reasons for supposing that the number of secondary turns on the ignition coil has not been put on to the standard or specified amount :- (1) Considerable No. of coils measure low in secondary resistance and inductance. (2) A coil seen wound, and various coils unwound, showed badly spaced secondary turns. (3) The winding machine was modified by Mr.Brock subsequent to our conplaint. (4) Later on Mr. Brock offered us coils upon which to measure the resistance and inductance, which measurements resulted in correct values. --- EFC. | ||
