To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} KINDLY 632 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/FJH.{Fred J. Hardy - Chief Dev. Engineer}20/KW.23.9.36. Wraith & Continental Phantom III Steering. This is to confirm that we have asked you to make a Wraith steering gear as soon as possible as this is the only way of checking whether the cams and rollers as detailed and made by the Adamant Co. will run together correctly. We have handed to H.P.S. an arrangement print of the gear with the parts required for this check marked in pencil. We particularly require this as we wish to order some rollers from Ransome & Marles, but hesitate to do this until we are sure the Adamant drawings are correct.
