ORIGINAL TO BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} FROM E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Copy to - CJ. HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} E2/M17.7.24. GOSHAWK 111. CARBURETTER. X5080 We send you herewith drawing No. LeC. 1900., shewing Goshawk 111. carburetter with exhaust heated throttle. The carburetter has been pushed further from the cylinder block, and to do this, and still leave it possible to dismount the carbur-etter, we have modified, and at the same time improved, the design of the filter. A large amount of work remains to be done on this job to complete the alterations required for the exhaust heated throttle, and re-arranged exhaust, but we send this drawing to you to enable you to make a start on the detailing.
