(8) Consider adopting fixed jet with vacuum control on the float feed for altitude control in place of needle control.
(9) Where camshaft casings are bolted together cut off flange on one half, and put in sliding joint as "Condor".
(10) Couple magneto timing control to throttle control.
(11) Reduce number of rubber joints in water circulation.
(12) Consider using new type crankshaft with re-arranged throws if this is successful on "Condor".
