Dear Sirs,

Replying to your letter of the 7th, for which we thank you, regarding our interview with your Mr. Frencham, regarding the possibility of utilising your method of attaching "snap on" beading for fixing rubber strips to luggage boot lids; we explained to him that, if possible, we should like you to supply us with a short length of beading and two or three fixings for same.

The reason for this request is that we wish to take this matter up with the makers of the rubber beading which we have in mind as, if we consider your fixing device to be suitable for the purpose, it will be necessary for the makers of the rubber strip to change their design.

We should be glad to know if you can supply us with these parts.

Yours faithfully,
