D/L1/EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} 19.1.23.

I sent you copy of memo sent to Sergeant Cobb for the gate keepers which needs no explanation.

Forms in books with carbon papers have been sent you already and should only be used in respect of Limited Trade Licences (£5.). For Black Plates and General Trade Licences cards should be made out as heretofore.

The forms should be signed by the person authorising the run, as on the cards at present used.

The purpose for which the Limited Trade Plates can be used has already been advised to you but forms R.F.72a are being obtained and will be sent to you when received.

herewith

D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary}
