For the attention of Mr. Steadman.

Dear Sirs,

We are in receipt of your Replacement Order No. R.12065 and have also received the three Oil Coolers (E.87820).

Before proceeding with the matter, we will await Mr. Steadman's comments when he visits these works, which we expect will be during this week. We are of the opinion that replacement is not necessary, and that a satisfactory repair can be effected.

Yours faithfully,

P.H.H. Yeats.
