EFC. from Wd.{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead} X.4589. Wd{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead}9/NJ18.9.23. X.4589 - B.L.I.C.Voltage Regulator. In reply to yours EFC6/T5.9.23, we are this morning in receipt of a letter from the British Lighting & Ignition Co. dated 17th inst. as follows:- "Regarding the use of our electrolytic voltage "regulator with the dynamo fitted to your 20 h.p. car. "We regret that the experimental work connected "with this matter has taken so long; we have now, "however, very nearly completed the arrangements we "propose to submit to you, and we hope by next week "to send back the dynamo to you embodying the "necessary alterations, together with one of our "regulators for you to carry out on it whatever tests "you think fit. We will, at the same time, send "you full particulars of the modifications we have "made, and the test results we have obtained from the "machine." I am instructing OO/Dn. to arrange that the dynamo and the regulator be handed to you immediately on receipt and I will see that the promised particulars are handed you immediately they reach me.
