Dear Sirs,

We have pleasure in referring to the visit of our Messrs. Armitage and Barker to your Works yesterday and confirm having handed to you one pair of 13 3/8" special Thermoid facings which are re-inforced with steel wire mesh on the disc side, and we are advised that discs so strengthened have a bursting speed of approximately double the speed of the standard Thermoid facing.

We understand that you will arrange to put these on test and we shall look forward to your advice in this connection in due course.

We also refer to our discussion relative to the proposed application of 'Long' type 12" centrifugal clutch to your P. III model and we shall be pleased to go fully into this matter and place our proposals before you if you will kindly arrange to complete and return the enclosed Questionnaire Form.

Thanking you in anticipation.

Yours faithfully,
BORG & BECK COMPANY LIMITED.
