Further to the telephone conversation which the Writer had with your Mr. Chandler on Wednesday, he and Mr.Barker will endeavour to get up to your works on Monday next 20th June.

Should any unforeseen circumstances arise, we will telephone you if we are unable to come, but do not anticipate anything cropping up to prevent us.
