Whilst it was definitely agreed in the Conference in WOR{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}'s Office, that we must carry out R's requirements and fit the stiffer drums, making them as stiff as the pressings will allow, it is very important that the Experimental Department should check that there are no other flaws likely to arise from this change of procedure. Personally, I cannot see any trouble that is likely to occur, but we certainly ought to press forward experimental work on this particular item.
