R.{Sir Henry Royce} BENSON, Esq.,

GEELONG, Victoria
Australia,

Dear Sir,

We thank you for your letter of 13th January, 1941.

We do not understand how the reaction of the rotor at 1000 r.p.m. can be negligible, which it must be for idling, and yet provide reaction equal to full torque at a reasonable engine speed.

We do not intend to go further with the matter, but thank you for submitting it to us.

Yours faithfully,
