MOLYBDENUM STEEL.

Many thanks for your two letters re. high duty steels.

We are very keen on Stanton figures when getting at best steel for v conn. rods, valve springs, etc.

I conclude that Molybdenum steel has no disadvantages, and has some advantages, so it ought not to be neglected especially as springs of all sorts are in the above 80 ton state - i.e. it would appear a safer steel from brittleness.
