RE 16.G.4.
CLOSE COUPLED ALLWEATHER. FOR "RT"

We are making an effort to get this body out by the middle of April, so that it shall be ready for Mr.Royce's use soon after he gets back to England.
You will see that we have now settled the finishing instructions, see letter of 19th inst to Barkers. These call for a slight change in the accessories as ordered in our DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}5/M18.12.28.

HEADLAMPS. We wish to change from Lucas R.S.72. Black Finish to Lucas Biflex R.160.S. Nickel Plated.
We can either return the lamps or hold them for a future occasion.

CENTRE LAMP & SPOT LAMP.
These are respectively Stephan Grebel 180m.m. & 135.m.m.
We wish these to be plated. Do not return those you have as we can certainly use them on another car.

TAIL LAMP.
Lucas S.220. black has been instructed. We would like this changed to Nickel. The other one can be retained in stock.

THE WING LAMPS.
Since these can only be obtained in black they should be sent to Barkers for spraying.

ELECTRIC HORN.
If Sales can get one for Derby, we would like to have on this car the Klaxon copy of the Bosch, in the place of our standard Klaxon. We do not mind whether it is single note or not. If it is double note then the chief note should be on the steering column switch.

INSTRUMENT BOARD.
We know that "R" will like to see on this car one of the revised framed patches of instruments, see N.Sch.2836. Would you kindly tell us whether you are supplying one of these or one of the old type so that we can make the instrument boards.

Apart from these changes the accessories as originally instructed remain the same.
