Y4572 To Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Hsl/LG27. 5. 25. 40/50 HP. STEERING. Y3465 Y4572 Referring to Brl/H25.5.25. We are keenly interested in the statements contained in the above memo. and will make a point of confirming these during our experiments. It is certain that increasing the 'setting' on the front wheels to .25" will not cause any harm. It is possible to go to .375" without causing any harm. 'set in' The toeing of the wheels will keep the tread wear more even on the front tyres. It would be a great help to the Experimental Dept. if all Depots would send in Technical information such as is contained in the above memo. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
