DAGENHAM, ESSEX. 12th November 1941. W. A.{Mr Adams} Robotham Esq., Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd., DERBY. Dear Mr. Robotham, First let me congratulate you on your appointment with the Ministry, and wish you every success in the continuance of your efforts on Tank design. Needless to say, if there is anything that I personally or the Briggs organisation can do to help you, please do not hesitate to call on us. When I last saw you in Derby I talked to you about the Aspin Engine. I am going over to Aspin next week to look into the matter further. If it is not too much trouble, I should very much like to have your opinion or a copy of the report which you made up following your investigation. I shall be going to America at the end of this month and am sure that our people there will be very interested indeed to have your comments. With kindest regards, I am, Yours sincerely, N. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Manning. | ||
