Confidential. 18th January, 1944. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 4/h.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Dear Many thanks for your letter of the 17th instant. Herewith the information you want on the transmission for the car. I note that Drawing No. 41/GA. which you sent me on December 2nd. is suitable for the Carrier, and we will see what we can do to instal same, particularly in view of the fact that you have a couple finished, which could be used for test. Perhaps it would be as well if you postponed your visit until : (a) you have finalised the scheme for the car, so that we can talk round it, and (b) we have finalised our scheme for installing the transmitter in the Carrier. I do not know your commitments, but it would be nice if we could discuss matters in about three weeks' time. Yours sincerely, Captain J.S.H. Moore, Turbo Transmitters Limited, 48a, Cambridge Road, SOUTHPORT. Lancashire. Enclosures. | ||
