Referring to Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1/LG22.12.24., and the para. re. the failure of spare wheel carriers, we are not sure whether you refer to a carrier fitted up on the lines of N.sch.1836., which shews the proposals made from here to overcome previous weaknesses.
