contd :- -3- (8) Taking a radius rod controlled (40/50 or Phantom) what is minimum safe lean for braking and good steering on corners at high speed. What effect has this minimum lean on high and low speed wobbles and what amount of out of balance is required to set up the former with different tyre pressures? (9) Keeping the tyre pressure the same, increase the weight of wheel by bolting either lead blocks between the spokes, or solid cast brass rings to the rims so as to increase the wheel weight by an amount equalling that of the present tyre and wheel.
