fil RRC Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/NRC.{N. R. Chandler} BY/Mtn.28/G.6.10.37. 312 PHANTOM III - CLUTCH PLATE. We attach copy of a letter received from Messrs. Borg & Beck in reply to our letter pointing out the difficulty we were in for production, and suggesting we built up a number of clutch plates in the Works. You will note Borg & Beck have at last agreed to allow us to build up 6 sets, and they ask if Mr.Armitage could come over and see how we do the job, and as I feel this will be to the advantage of both Companies I have agreed. Perhaps you will let me know when you are ready for Mr. Armitage to come over, unless you telephone him direct. BY/Mtn. [Signature] | ||
