| To Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/FD.{Frank Dodd - Bodies} from Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 33-EX. Week-end 20th.June. The clutch pedal pressure very satisfactory. No disadvantages noticed from the servo. Clutch jaggers on engagement. Very bad vibration on the change speed lever at 50 - 60 m.p.h. There is something out of balance. Considerable difficulty experienced starting; silent tappet mechanism appears to be sticking. Brakes effective but too much on the rear. Steering bad for Joggles. The ride of this car is not good, is too hard in the soft position. The shock absorber control does not appear to be functioning. There is tinkling under the car as if something has become detached. We experienced mis-firing several times on the pick-up. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
