SpectreCodename for Phantom III Clutch Springs.

We believe we can use considerably weaker
springs than we are doing at present. Will you
please make us two experimental sets which we will
call Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}31/2 as under -

Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}31 as G.82591, but of free length 2.282"; 12 off.
Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}32 " " " " " 2.214"; 12 off.

We should like the Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}31 springs fitting
to the Red Car in conjunction with the new Borg & Beck
centre plate.
