[STAMPED: 9 JAN 1927] re. 20-HP. Side Engine Guards. We have had one or two complaints of mud and water penetrating through the side engine guards during bad weather and making a mess of the engine. We believe this trouble has been experienced on the 10,000 miles test car on which the present standard type side engine guards were fitted. Examination of chassis on test during the present bad weather discloses the fact that the engines generally suffer pretty badly in this respect. Thn. [Handwritten] GWH{George W.
