Dear Mr. Robotham, I am sending you herewith a little advertisement of Wheels Incorporated of New York. I think you intended to have some enquiries made on this subject in America. If you do make such enquiries and feel that you could let us know the result of them, you may be sure that we shall appreciate it very much. We have also received this morning a little rubber buffer of the Diablo type. This is a matter which has been gone into, and we shall make you some suggestions very shortly. In the meantime do you propose to make some drawings showing arrangements, because if so, they would assist us in a study of the problem. This is just one of those little matters which, in view of the situation in which the rubber has to work, requires very careful consideration of all the conditions.
