To remove the pump first undo the filter cover on rear X member.

If trouble occurs with the pump sticking undo the faulty unit from the body and unscrew the diaphragm being careful to collect the 11 brass rollers behind the same. Wipe out the pump and clean the rollers.

To reassemble replace the spring in the pot insert the diaphragm assembly and lead the screw of the spindle into the toggle mechanism and screw so far in. Then place the 11 rollers behind the diaphragm.

To set the pump gently hold back the contact spring blade and screw in the diaphragm until when it is firmly pressed in the lower contact arm just toggle over. From the position unscrew the diaphragm assembly 4 holes and bolt up in the body of the pump.

The vent hole should be on the bottom of the unit and also the hole in the rubber water excluding sleeve.

If the pump continues to run when there is no demand, look for foreign matter under the valves which are situated under the top plugs in the body. The valves should be replaced with the polished sides down wards.

If the pump becomes noisy and doesnot delivery examine the joints in the pipe and filter cover on rear cross member.

Sticking of the pump causes the indicator light to remain showing continuously. There are also gauze filters on the bottom plugs on the pump body.
