To Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.........from Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} WST 86153 Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}2/IH.3.9.34. Second SpectreCodename for Phantom III Chassis - Wireless. --------------------------- We note your remarks in Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.7/MA.31.8.34., You may send the aerial to Messrs. Park Ward & Co., labelled "Aerial for Experimental Phantom 31-EX." This will be a close-coupled car like Vulture.and is essentially an owner-driven vehicle. The controls for the wireless must, therefore, be on the instrument board and cannot be in the position in which they are on the Cadillac. Since the controls must occupy a position on the instrument board, we see no other place for the instrument and speaker but under the scuttle.
