To Sft.{Mr Swift} From Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} Y 202 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}2/MJ.31.10.36. BENTLEY REAR AXLE. Further to our conversation this morning about failures of the pinion nose, we have discovered that it is intended that the pinion with the integral roller race should come on Production the first chassis in 'K' Series. In view of the number of failures of this part which have taken place we wonder whether the changeover to the very much strengthened variety could be expedited and come on at some time in 'J' Series.
