With regard to the other point mentioned by E.P. that exhaust fumes come up the window "falls", I find this might apply to Cabriolets and All-weather bodies in which the windows are made to fall inside the wheel arches. I am instructing our principal Coachbuilders to drain these "falls" in such a way that exhaust fumes cannot get into the body through them.

Incidentally I suggest "W" might like to try filling up the space between petrol tank and frame, and between frame and body at the back. This might, or might not, be an improvement.
