Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd.,
DERBY.

Dear Mr. Robotham:

Bentley B.145 AE.

Many thanks for your letter of the 30th July, which I have received upon my return to this office to-day.

Actually the car was brought in to your Works on Friday last by my cousin, Wing-Commander Caster, after I had telephoned your Repair Department to see if it was convenient, and I am glad to say that the car came back with the judder completely cured.

My cousin arranged with Mr. Hives that the car should be returned to you during the next week or so in order that it may be fitted with one or two modifications which I understand there now are. I will, of course, get into touch with your Repair Department before actually sending the car up.

Yours very truly,

C.W.D. Rowe.
