I send you herewith the reports, which you have already seen, on the Lentz Gear. Mr Royce remarks that he does not think the scheme worth adopting but he understands that we are to have a car for test, and he thinks this is better than anyones opinion.
Will you kindly advise me if you have done anything with regard to obtaining such a chassis, as with the exception of Mr Nadin's suggestion I was not aware that we had arranged [the word 'proposed' is struck through] to make a test.
Will you kindly return the attached correspondence.
