S/C. BENTLEY UNIT.

Will you please rebuild the above unit which is down for inspection as under:-

Cylinder and Head.

Fit high power cylinder, incorporating new exhaust valve RS.{Sir Henry Royce's Secretary}340, with inclined plug head to RS.{Sir Henry Royce's Secretary}314 and inlet valve 1.750" dia EB.1995. The strengthened springs to LeC. 4185 should be re-fitted.

Crankcase T.H.

The new I/C. top half should be fitted.

Valve timing Mechanism.

This is now dismantled for inspection, and it is suspected that various replacement parts will be required. If these are likely to take some time in making, will you please re-build the mechanism using the old parts, and fit the new ones as soon as they are ready.
