2nd July 1930.

Dear Mr. DeLooze,

Miss England II.

In confirmation of my conversation with you on the telephone this morning I enclose copy of letter which I have received from the Coroner. I also enclose for your information copy of letter received from Mr. Handley. I enclose in addition the following proofs of evidence with a spare copy in each case as finally settled, namely:-

Copy proof of Mr. M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} Willcocks.
Do. Mr. T. C. Pattinson.
Do. Mr. J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Ellor.
Do. Mr. T. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Green.

I note that you do not propose to take Mr. Orme up to Windermere and there certainly does not appear any necessity to do so, as there is ample evidence without calling him to show that the engines including the transmission and other mechanical parts were thoroughly examined before each run and that every possible precaution was taken by yourselves.

Yours faithfully,
[Signature: Allan V Nutt]
