Will you please report on the efficiency and reliability and suggested improvements of the following units on EAC.11. 'V' series. We also require a complete specification of the units, when we consider them satisfactory, which will be handed to the Works to enable them to produce cars correctly :- 1. Carburetter and induction pipe. 2. Spring Drive and Slipper Wheel. 3. Valves and tappet and adjustment. 4. Pistons and rings. 5. Connecting rods and crankshaft bearings. 6. Oil leaks. 7.
