Will you please report on the efficiency and reliability and suggested improvements of the following units on EAC.11. 'V' series. We also require complete specification of the units, when we consider them satisfactory, which will be handed to the Works to enable them to produce cars correctly :- 1. Ignition - battery and magneto, including oil relay govenor and hand controls. 2. Throttle governor and throttle controls. 3. Controls for mixture, shutters, accelerator and butterfly in exhaust pipe. 4. Fan and Drive and adjustment. 5. Radiator louvres and thermometer. 6. Bonnet and shutters. 7.
