98 NK 44199 Hotel de France, CHATEAUROUX. Indre. France. February 25th, 1925. AJL.I/Crn. To "Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}" From A.J.Lidsey. ---------------- We have received a 100 m.p.h. "A.T." speedometer, which we are fitting to the car to-day. Enclosed please find report on slight difference of opinion I had with a Paris taxi, after leaving you on Tuesday morning. There was no material damage done to either car, but the lady passenger in the taxi imagined she might suffer from shock, so it would be as well for Mr. Lomas to have particulars should she make any claim against us, or the taxi company. The taxi driver expressed his willingness to say no more about it, but the lady passenger imagined that she might have some ill effects at some future date from supposed shock caused by the taxi skidding and knocking her head against the side of the car. It is highly probable that nothing will come of it. Enclosed also please find my Time and Expenses sheets for weeks ending the 14th and 21st inst. A.J.LIDSEY.
