To C.J. from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} X8940 Hsl/LG13.5.25. 10,000 MILES TEST ON EAC. 'V' SERIES CAR IN FRANCE. X8940 X8410 With reference to the attached daily report from France dated 7.5.25. We consider that 12,000 miles is a very good life for a front spring considering the conditions under which the car has run. The fact that all the leaves were found cracked proves that the stress is equal on all the plates, and that there is no one weak stop on the spring. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
