EAC. 7. FRONT AXLE. X.7420
X.7430

We send herewith N.sch.2102 which we had prepared when the elliptical section was being worked on, but it was held back on account of the change to eye section. We now send it you because we have indicated on it the diagram of the steering connections, angles of the locks that we are expecting, and also the clearance for the cross steering tube end with the well-base wheel rims. These features are applicable to the axle shewn on N.sch.2109. The steering lever shewn is the drawing which we promised you on Ns.{Norman Scott}ch.2094 in which the whole forging has been projected, and clearances with the various portions of the axles are dealt with.
