Dear Sirs,
I thank you for your letter dated July 4th.
It is very gratifying to note that you can loan us an engine suitable for our purpose, and we shall be very pleased to arrange for its transport to Hinckley.
We should like to be able to run it on a test bench which we hope to be able to build ourselves, and we shall welcome any information you can give to us about the necessary construction.
Again thanking you,
I am,
Yours truly,
W.P. Powell
Principal.
