We agree that our stocks of Phantom III road springs were very low on the Monday of week-ending 14.12.36. But we fail to see by the fact there were 16 or 17 Phantom III "A" Series Springs in the Stores, how this would overcome our difficulties. First of all, we should require either a new spring bracket, or a new shackle pin. Neither of these items have been instructed let alone made. RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}/TVT.{T. V.
