(15) GEARBOX & ACTUATING GEAR.

HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} pointed out that some of the gears had to go to London to be ground.

(16) SPEEDOMETER DRIVE.

Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} pointed out that this was wrapped up in the governor. Details will be issued for this when the governor details are issued.
We regard the speedometer drive as a high spot. Will By/Mtn. please deal with the matter accordingly.

(17) CHANGE GEAR & BRAKE MECHANISM.

By/Mtn. stated that the drawings would be completed this week.

(18) REAR BRAKES INTERMEDIATE SHAFT.

By/Mtn. said he would circulate some information on this to-morrow, the 25th, as HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} had no instructions.

(19) PROPELLER SHAFT.

By/Mtn. promised details of the whole propeller shaft, central joint, etc. by the week-end. This was regarded as very urgent.

(20) REAR BRAKE EQUALIZER.

No details received in spite of the fact that they were promised for the 24th.
By/Mtn. promised he would boost them.

(21) FRONT BRAKE INTERMEDIATE SHAFT.

Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} pointed out that there was no front intermediate shaft but that this consisted of two levers on the crankcase. HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} said he had never heard of it. Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} promised to give HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} a layout of the brakes so that he would know what pieces he required.
