Leak from vertical seams after 13 hrs running. We ran this set of cylinders for 17 hrs., we stopped down because the leaks were too bad to run. We have taken these cylinders off and fitted the first set of American cylinders we tested which have been re-welded by R.R. We are anxious to try these because it is proposed to reweld all the seams on the American cylinders until we know they have been welded properly.
