We have to-day received the broken casing and shock absorber parts.

We are having this shock absorber remade with a split intermediate lever and heavier type connecting rods and we hope to despatch this tomorrow, together with a further two heavier type connecting rods.

Enclosed please find specification and drawings of the shock absorber with which you are now being supplied.

Trusting this gives you all the information you require, and assuring you of our utmost and careful attention at all times.
