(11) Improved Ground clearance.

Features for improved ground clearance, namely rebound check scheme, raised battery, modified third cross member, raised silencer and raised petrol tank, will be considered by RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} who will say if any or all of these can be got on to the SpectreCodename for Phantom IIIs under consideration without delaying the programme.

(12) Switchbox.

Experimental Dept. will test starting switch as when this feature is decided moulds can be put in hand for the switch base.

(13) Propeller Shaft.

Design will compare the Hardy Spicer needle bearing joints with the existing type instructed for the SpectreCodename for Phantom III with a view to saving weight.

(14) Rear Springing.

Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} will give figures for Graham rear springing characteristics and dimensions for bump and rebounds.

(15) Pistons.

Results uptodate indicate some necessity for improvement to pistons, and Design will instruct longer skirts. Design will also confirm impossibility of assembling pistons from below on SpectreCodename for Phantom III, and re-consider this feature if possible on Wraith to remove limitations in connection with withdrawing piston pins.
