Dear Sirs,

We beg to acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 8th instant.

We have not been able to give a definite reply to your letter of October 26th yet, because we have been in correspondence with Messrs. Pritchett & Gold in order to arrive at a compromise which will adequately deal with Exide and Dagenite cells. The discussion in correspondence has reached an advanced stage, and we hope to be able to write you fully very shortly.

Yours faithfully,

THE CHLORIDE ELECTRICAL STORAGE COMPANY, LTD.
