DERBY.

Dear Sirs,

Further to your letter of October 26th, we have been in consultation with Messrs. Pritchett & Gold regarding some of the instructions in your suggested draft, because in some few instances the instructions were not applicable to both types of battery.

We have now been able to make a satisfactory compromise, and we beg to return your draft copy, together with a re-draft, which embodies the suggestions agreed upon between Messrs. Pritchett & Gold and ourselves.

Yours faithfully,

THE CHLORIDE ELECTRICAL STORAGE COMPANY, LTD.
