3 Cont'd.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} Most cars are now built with divided rear seats and for this the 41¾" rear width of the R.H. P.II is sufficient. (5) We originally proposed to ask for threaded shackles on front and rear springs as they have proved such a success on Am.P.I; but they may complicate spring leaf lubrication and present P.II shackles appear satisfactory. So until we know more about it, it would seem best to forget this. D.L.24 - Plan of Chassis. Serves as a second view for the other drawings. (1) Have marked in ink approximate locations of stop and backing light switches. These are absolutely needed for American driving conditions. (2) Also the R.Bosch dimmer switch. (3) Stewart Warner standard right angle cable drive fitting driven from R.H. end of servo shaft and arranged to give 1008 turns per mile. OY. Nov.14. 1929. | ||
