This Department will in future have the office recently vacated by D/BP. (Shipping Office). G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} has agreed to release Mr. Naylor of the Estimating Dept., who will be in charge of the Rate Fixing. The Rate Fixing Dept. is a section of the General Works Manager's Organisation, and will absorb the late Efficiency Dept. This is to take effect from Monday, January 11th.
