Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/FD.{Frank Dodd - Bodies} from Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Wym.{G. Harold Whyman - Experimental Manager} Swdl.{Len H. Swindell} Ed.{J. L. Edwards} 1204 TESTERS' OVERALLS. We have observed recently an increasing tendency for testers to work on cars without wearing overalls. When we see this happening, we conclude that the tester either (a) has little regard for his personal appearance, because his clothes inevitably get dirty. (b) is likely to keep his clothes clean, and so the job will suffer. We want to make it quite clear that we expect testers when working on cars to wear overalls as in other parts of the Works. This does not apply to road work. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
