29770 To Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from BJ. BJ6/H6.7.23. E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} A.{Mr Adams} C. I gather from your memorandum that the first box you sent us was not sealed, and that the second box you sent was sealed. The first box I received in my office was sealed, the second box was not sealed. I am now returning to you the second box which I received, the cover of which I am marking with a blue X. It has not been unpacked or in any way interfered with since I received it. I cannot find any sign of a seal on it. B.J. | ||
